Property Standards Order Appeals

Received a property standards order? I help owners, landlords, and property managers understand the deadline, assess the work required, and prepare an appeal or practical compliance plan.

  • Repair, maintenance, and compliance orders
  • Appeals, extensions, and modifications
  • Evidence, photos, estimates, and hearing preparation

Municipal Licence and By-law Appeals

A refused, suspended, or conditional licence can affect your business quickly. The response usually needs documents, evidence, and a practical compliance plan before the appeal deadline.

  • Conditions, AMPS penalties, and by-law charges
  • Compliance plans and appeal preparation

  • Animal control notices and appeal deadlines
  • Evidence, witness accounts, and compliance terms

Greig Varga, paralegal, in a courtroom setting
Meet your paralegal

Greig Varga, Principal

Greig came to law the long way around. Before this he worked in sales and software, traded in the pits, did some consulting, and spent a stretch at home raising kids. He studied Mathematics at the University of Toronto and went on to earn his Paralegal certificate from Humber College with Honours.

All of that means he's sat across the table from a lot of different people, and he can explain what's going on without burying you in legal language. You deal with Greig directly, and he'll be straight with you about where things stand and what he thinks you should do.
